Evaluating investment projects

INVEST FINANCE enables you to calculate the return and risks of any kind of investment.

INVEST FINANCE uses Capital Budgeting methods to evaluate an investment project and select the best one.

According to the type of investment forseen and its financing, INVEST FINANCE estimates the Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of the Investment, Loan and Equity. Calculates the IRR depending on the reinvestment rate (or financing cost) of the intermediate cash flows, which is called MIRR (Modified IRR). Computes the Profitability Index (PI), Equivalent Annual Profit (EAP) and Payback methods. Also gives the wealth growth at end of project (Future Value).

Evaluating financing and loans

Arrange financing (capital structure) so as to minimize the cost of capital. Select the loan with the lowest effective interest rate. Consider the interest rate risk before making a decision.
